The course integrates three important disciplines of product design – Arts, Engineering and Business. You will get to explore design processes at every stage, from idea conceptualisation to realisation, and graduate with quality design folios, including working prototypes. With our studio-based learning approach, you will work in modern design studios and develop prototypes using state-of-the-art model making equipment and facilities.
KALAIKAL ONRAKA
Kalaikal Onkara is an arts experience centre for families of all races to bond and interact using the arts as a medium to facilitate these interactions to forge stronger connections and improve social harmony.
The building had 3 blocks, the Children’s block, the Arts’ block, and the Food block, designed such that the open, public spaces are on the first level leading up to progressively more enclosed, private spaces on the upper levels. These blocks all facilitate interactions between people to cultivate the bonds by encouraging them to work together.
