The course integrates three important disciplines of product design – Arts, Engineering and Business. You will get to explore design processes at every stage, from idea conceptualisation to realisation, and graduate with quality design folios, including working prototypes. With our studio-based learning approach, you will work in modern design studios and develop prototypes using state-of-the-art model making equipment and facilities.
Urban Arts Village
The Urban Arts Village serves as the green heart of Kampong Glam dedicated to the strong urban arts scene that is prominent in Aliwal Street. The Urban Arts Village will be a permanent residency for Urban Arts in the heritage site that will provide a public space where people can celebrate and create art. A secondary function of the development is to also breathe life into Kampong Glam in terms of both greenery and activity, attracting a younger audience into a heritage site that seems to be increasingly overlooked and unappreciated by the younger generations and exposing them to Kampong Glam’s culture and spirit through various mediums
