You will get to explore design processes at every stage, from idea conceptualisation to realisation, and graduate with quality design folios, including working prototypes. With our studio-based learning approach, you will work in modern design studios and develop prototypes using state-of-the-art model making equipment and facilities.

WHAT
YAMI is every hotel guest’s best friend, it consists of a remote controller and a LED screen device. YAMI aims to improve the guest’s user experience during their stay at the hotel.
WHY
Hotels lack entertainment systems which result in guests having to seek alternatives to pass their time. With YAMI, hotel guests can experience a comfortable and unique stay where their room is more than just a roof over their head.
HOW
YAMI is created to ease the lives of hotel guests as well as the staffs who are working for the hotel, promoting convenience and enjoyment that is only a button away. The features YAMI provide is playing of music, the use of mood lights, checking of facilities status and booking of housekeeping services, etc.

Since young, I had a strong passion for arts and design. I draw a lot because it comforts me and allows me to go above and beyond my imagination. Design also has no limitations which is why I enjoy coming up with innovative ideas to solve industrial challenges. During my free time, I work on my small business, watch anime or read manhwa.
