Social Sculpture

This serves as a communal kiln that fosters and fortifies familial ties through its various workshops, solemnization ceremonies and event opportunities. It seeks to nurture inter-generational family structures through experiences from Singapore's existing arts and cultural scene. The project seeks to monumentalise its ties of sociology intent and the vast use of red terracotta, an extension of its ceramics program. Aside from its regular R.O.M.(M) functions, the building also serves as a dynamic gallery space for exhibitions, ceramics workshops and pop-up events.

Felix Lim Teng Sheng

I’m Felix. Intrigued by a world of Arts and Culture, I love to explore overlapping realities of architecture, fashion, fiction and fine arts. I use architecture as a means to convey myself and my inspirations through an unorthodox body of work that blurs the line of actuality and fantasy.
