The Carpark Collective
The Carpark Collective is a proposed repurposing of an existing multi-story car park (MSCP) located at 37A Cambridge Road. The project aims to transform this underutilized and often overlooked piece of infrastructure into a thriving and vibrant hub of activity. At the core of the concept is the idea of creating a multi-faceted space that seamlessly blends the indoor and outdoor environments. The existing car park structure will be thoughtfully transformed into a series of interconnected spaces that encourage exploration, social interaction, and a sense of community. This will be achieved through the use of large, open floor plans that blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as the integration of green spaces and natural light.
Bryan Heng Shao Kai
Hello, I'm Bryan Heng, and my passion for architecture started in secondary school when I first discovered product design. Since then, I've been drawn to the intricacies of Lego sets and how they inspire my interest in design. During my diploma studies, I learned the essential fundamentals and techniques of 3D visualization, which now help me create unique and innovative designs. When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring different cultures and cuisines, and I'm always fascinated by the clever and visually striking ceiling designs in new spaces. My ultimate goal is to use my passion for architecture to create sustainable and innovative spaces that positively impact people's lives
