Upskill-Hub

The project Upskill-Hub is a community & educational building located along Beatty Road. It is a place for the neighboring residents to pick up new skills and improve themselves by attending coursing or classes. Other sub programmes the building is equipped with includes F&B spaces, co-working spaces, private seminar rooms and a library. These spaces and programmes allow for the community to restore their minds by learning new things and create better bonds between the community through the use of common spaces. The main design feature of this building is the large use of greenery to create a conducive and biophilic building. The building also has sustainable features such as natural lighting, ventilation and harvest its own green energy through the use of solar panels.
