The Mend
Mental Health is an issue that is being more made aware of and known about in our society. According to a study done by IMH, 1 in 7 Singaporeans experience mental health issues at some point in their lives. The concept of The Mend is to orchestrate a healing journey creating a space for one to detox mentally. This journey will use Art as a tool to heal. Studies show that Art is vital in a person’s mental healing. The journey is broken down into 3 stages, Discovery, Expression and Free.

I’m Navik Low Wai Keong and I believe that the best designs are always transparent. I enjoy user centered designs which pay attention to the minute details. Architecture is a form of art that improves our daily lives and I am always experimenting with how form and spatial qualities can affect how humans feel and behave.
